BENEFITS – Building Economic, Needs-Based and Environmental evaluation Frameworks for Inclusive Transformation of Social services in Europe

The BENEFITS initiative aims to address the critical challenge of inadequately measuring and valuing social services in Europe. Traditional economic indicators fail to capture the comprehensive societal impact of social services, leading to underestimation of their true value. By developing innovative methodologies and tools, BENEFITS seeks to create a holistic framework that quantifies the multidimensional benefits of social services beyond mere financial metrics. This approach will enable policymakers, stakeholders, and researchers to better understand, assess, and improve social service provision, ultimately contributing to more effective and equitable social policies across European countries.

EVOSST – Evaluation and Valorisation of Social Services for a Sustainable Transition

The project EVOSST  is a groundbreaking initiative focused on enhancing the efficiency and understanding of social services across the European Union, aligning with the European Pillar of Social Rights.
It aims to develop advanced models for life-course impact assessment, providing valuable insights into long-term outcomes in healthcare, childcare, education, and inclusion. By integrating well-being metrics and adopting a “beyond GDP” perspective, the project emphasises sustainable development, societal well-being, and social cohesion.

MERGE – Measuring what matters: Improving usability and accessibility of policy frameworks and indicators for multidimensional well-being

The overall objective of MERGE through collaboration is to bring together researchers, policymakers, statistical authorities, and civil society actors to improve the usefulness and accessibility of policy frameworks and indicators on multidimensional well-being and strengthen the transition towards economic policies that support sustainable development. MERGE is about building a better economy for everyone.
